This is the first in a series of topDNS best practice webinars to showcase
what the domain name industry is doing to fight DNS abuse.

In 2019 PIR launched an incentive program with domain registrars to combat
DNS abuse and improve the quality of the .ORG domain space. The concept is
to improve the quality of registered domain names, resulting in higher
renewal rates for expiring domain names (a key financial goal for
registrars). The program provides registrars with tools and best practices
to improve the quality of registered .org domains and creates a "*Quality
Performance Index*" (QPI) scorecard to measure results. Our speakers will
discuss the why, how, and results of implementing QPI.
