The 53rd Report of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance (PSCF), released on 22 December 2022, titled ‘<strong><a href="https://loksabhadocs.nic.in/lsscommittee/Finance/17_Finance_53.pdf" style="color:rgb(0,113,23);text-decoration:underline" target="_blank">Anti-Competitive Practices in Big Tech</a></strong>’, proposed the creation of a <strong>Digital Competition Act</strong> (“DCA”).
