Specifically, the first hearing will evaluate the effectiveness of the <strong><a style="color:#2585b2" href="https://www.fcc.gov/document/fcc-acts-empower-broadband-consumers-through-transparency" target="_blank">current transparency rule</a></strong> and provide necessary background for the new label requirement, including whether additional disclosure requirements are necessary.
