This was a bit of a last minute thing. I had looked at GFoE's previous
webinar in the series - which incidentally is in celebration of the launch
of a new French language free expression case law database supported by
UNESCO and others -- and found there to be no English version available.
Recording multilanguage Zoom calls is still not a trivial exercise. So, I
set up an English simulcast on our livestream. I also recorded the French,

dealing with the challenges posed by the social processes of memory and
forgetting on the Internet. They will also consider trends in legal
reasoning when it comes to balancing freedom of expression with privacy,
