India (TRAI) has released a consultation paper '*Regulatory Mechanism for
Over-The-Top (OTT) Communication Services, and Selective Banning of OTT
Services <https://trai.gov.in/sites/default/files/CP_07072023_0.pdf>*'. In
that context, experts would be deliberating on the issue of network usage
fees, selective banning and their impact, OTT regulation and explore
possible alternative solutions to address the issues faced by Telcos. This
will be followed by open discussion.
