One interesting aspect discussed in the webinar, was Ravi Shankar
Chatuverdi's assertion that India's radically low Internet pricing has yet
to show much of an inclusive economic dividend, with use being generally
'time pass' activity, i.e. entertainment. Also, the cheaper pricing has had
the effect of driving out competition in the market.
