This is another of an ongoing series of regional workshops on
infrastructure security run by Maarten Botterman (See Africa
<https://isoc.live/11272/> in June). This is in a different venue to the
LACIGF tomorrow, so kudos to ISOC.BO for setting up a feed at the last
minute. Unlike the LACIGF, which will be streamed in 3 languages, this is
